Position Summary
The Financial Analyst II will provide financial reporting, analysis and decision support to both corporate & divisional departments as well as assist the overall FP&A department with consolidation, reporting, forecasting and analytics.
Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to Retail, Warehouse, and Corporate functions.
  • Prepare Actual vs. Budget/Forecast Variance analysis for all functions
  • Prepare monthly summary Sales, Gross Profit, Financial Statements, and other required month-end financial reports
  • Prepare weekly/monthly Delivery Revenue report
  • Prepare weekly Inventory report
  • Prepare monthly Capital Expenditure report
  • Prepare multiple reports during month-end
  • Attend financial review meetings
  • Create ROI analysis for new locations and potential markets
  • Coordinate with Accounting to provide answers to the financial inquiries from all the functions
  • Create Budget and Forecast for Retail and Manufacturing
  • Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports in Excel, TM1 and Tableau as needed
Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in accounting or finance. 5 years experience in financial planning, accounting, or financial reporting. Strong foundation in accounting fundamentals. Consumer products, retail, or manufacturing experience a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong experience with Microsoft Office including Office 365 and AX Dynamics. Advanced experience with Excel.
Position Hiring Range
$73,200.00 - $94,800.00
Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive a team bonus based on meeting specific monthly goals and KPI’s. Bonus amounts are based on the level of achievement and the total hours worked during the bonus eligible month.
