The initial priorities for the role are

  • Month end close activities – reporting, consolidation, deep analysis of results and their visualisation
  • Analysis of processes within the division, provide solutions and interpret implications for the wider business
  • Creation and optimization of reports for decision making
  • Power BI tools development and interpretation
  • Product Management view – True business slicer – Product Hierarchies / Customer / Region / Markets – Revenue, UGP/pricing and market share trends.
  • Drive integration processes on all levels – division, PCs and other teams
  • Support integration and acquisitions helping to provide business ready data
  • Deep dive projects when issues are found

Main Responsibilities:

  • As a Finance Manager you will participate in month end activities – support consolidation, reporting and review and analyse results based on business requirements; assist in preparation of dashboards and presentations.
  • Provide ongoing and ad-hoc reports to support management and decision making
  • Support building a suite of reports/databoards in our BI tool of choice – PowerBI for all departments with the goal to have all business information for each department at their fingertips. This should consist of dashboards, graphs, charts and visualizations.
  • Provide analysis on Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Headcount and any other items as needed
  • Work closely with all functions of the division and need to prioiritise and communicate well.
  • Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to any function within the division.
  • Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them to management using relevent reporting tool.
  • Work closely with the Business Area team and utilize central reports where possible.
  • Expand and deepen current relationships and network with finance teams of other divisions, PCs and CCs.
  • Analyse specific areas/matters and follow up on issues and actions to find solutions


Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Directing the work of remote service technicians and back-office staff within the Facilities Service department
  • Compensation consideration
  • Disciplinary action/counselling
  • Performance appraisal processes
  • Coaching for improvement

Education and experience

  • University degree in Finance or Economics, ACCA in progress would be an advantage, or similar education
  • Respective working experience as a Finance Manager ideally in a multinational organization
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Strong background in reporting requirements, understanding of consolidation
  • Track record of problem solving and being able to Analyze, Model and interpret data.
  • Working with complex multi-source data.
  • Ability to translate data into relevant business information
  • Ability to create best in class dashboards and reports
