Transmission Field Service Work Mgmt Coordinator

• Work Location: Saint Clairsville, OH 43950
• Shift: (M-Th) 10 hour days (field & 2-3 days on location)

Position Summary:

• The job involves scheduling work activities for Transmission Field personnel using approved scheduling software and tools, optimizing maintenance work plans and completing accurate TFS outage requests.
• The candidate should have advanced knowledge of scheduling software and be able to work under minimal supervision, communicate well, and interface with various teams.
• Essential job functions include researching electrical schematics, leading meetings, and developing resource-loaded work schedules.
• The candidate must also comply with outage coordination procedures, promote safety, and troubleshoot TFS work management tools.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or High school diploma/GED
• 2-6 years direct electrical utility experience.
• Electrical Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C, Transmission engineering, Transmission or Distribution dispatch experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Ability to read/ interpret electrical schematics.
• Clear knowledge and understanding of switching, tagging and clearance points
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of all MS Office applications, as well as SharePoint, Power B.I and ProjectWise, Outage Management System, and IPS.
