Job Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for supervision of all Facilities and staff. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance and housekeeping activities at the Lummi Health Clinic and the Lummi Fitness Center. Job Duties include emergency and acute maintenance problems that occur within and outside daily operational facility hours. Responsibilities also include maintenance of grounds, walkways, and parking lot. Routine maintenance includes but is not limited to daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal up-keep of facility to ensure AAAHC accreditation, building codes, OSHA, WISHA & DOSH requirements, and LIBC policy & procedures compliance so healthcare services to the community are not interrupted
