Facilities and Maintenance Specialist Job at Cal Farley's
Provides custodial and minor maintenance services for the Campus Support Center, North Building, and Alumni Support Center facilities. Coordinates with Purchasing Manager on tag renewal, scheduling, and cleaning of CSC cars. Delivers incoming packages/freight to recipient at CSC. Assists with safety and security at all Amarillo facilities. Provides support for all functions of the Purchasing and Facilities Departments, as assigned, to include purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and related activities. Plans, organizes, constructs, and assists the procurement of goods, materials, and services.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse/purchasing/inventory operations is required.
- Experience in custodial operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in general custodial and warehouse equipment/tool use is preferred.
- Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
- Computer knowledge is preferred.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Must be available for travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.18 - $14.85 per hour
