Executive Dining Center for Citi Hospitality is looking to hire two full-time servers.
The Servers will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for having a strong food knowledge base, very detailed understanding and memorization of the current menu items which include all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, food and specials
Attends the daily pre-shift meeting to learn any important daily information any other scheduled staff meetings
Complete all assigned pre-shift side duties in a timely manner
Stocking, polishing silver, glass and dishware, setting, bussing and clearing tables, trash and recycling removal, expediting food, serving food and drinks, waiting tables
Must have explicit knowledge of the menus and be able to make recommendations answer questions regarding dish preparations
Duties include but are not limited to stocking, polishing silver, glass and dishware
Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences
Keeps the chefs and managers informed of any issues that might affect quality or timing of service
Wait on customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
