Epi Breads is a wholesale bread manufacturer.

We are looking for an Experienced Sanitation Team Member. This is a 12hour shift (6am to 6pm). You will work 3 days and have 2 days off, alternating each week and a 3 day weekend every other week!
Essential Functions:

• Reporting to work on time for every assigned shift.
• Able to work in a team environment and assist in other work related areas as requested.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, storage, use, measurement of concentrations.
• Knowledge of SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
• Knowledge on the proper steps involved in cleaning and sanitation.
• Proven interaction and leadership with chemical suppliers.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used for effective cleaning and sanitation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Proficient with computers and knowledge of word, excel and constructing basic spreadsheets and charts.
• Able to perform basic and complex mathematical calculations.

Hourly wage rate:
The hourly pay rate is from $13 per hour to $15 an hour depending on skill level and physical demands.
Work Environment:
We are critical infrastructure and during the COVID 19 National Emergency, we require everyone to wear masks at the plant, constantly keep hands clean, apply social distancing and perform COVID 19 testing as needed. Good attendance is very important to us; we need our Team Members to be at work when they are scheduled
