Dufour, at the Stage House Inn located in the heart of South Berwick, ME, just minutes from downtown Dover, Berwick & Portsmouth is seeking an experienced line cook.
At Dufour and the Stage House Inn we strive to provide our guests a five star experience with seasonally inspired menus crafted in our scratch kitchen. We are community driven with a strong emphasis on locally sourced produce, meat, cheese & charcuterie. Our kitchen is very team oriented and our Chef loves to train the right candidates!
Ideal applicants should have a minimum of 1 year prior line cooking experience, the ability to stand on their feet for long hours in a hot kitchen, lift up to 50lbs, have an understanding of ServSafe practices and above all else be passionate about food and the culinary arts.
This is a full time position requiring nights, weekends and holidays.
Salary is a highly competitive hourly wage based on experience with room to grow.
