Executive Pastry Chef
Old Westbury Golf & Country Club, a private 450-member family Country Club, located in beautiful Old Westbury, NY is searching for a full-time Executive Pastry Chef.
Responsibilities: This position is responsible for preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, bread, ice cream, etc. Must be able to fill and decorate and plate pastries and desserts for different Club events. Maintains a clean and orderly kitchen and adheres to health and safety standards. Trains and supervises other staff.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years pastry experience. Country club or luxury hotel experience preferred. Candidate must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
