Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital (SGCMH) based in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri is looking for the right candidate to fill a role critical to our organization’s success!

About this Opportunity

The Executive Director of Physician Services will provide overall oversight, direction, and professional business management to SGCMH physician practices including the administration and coordination of all activities ensuring practice operations are both organized and efficient. Additionally, this role is charged with responsibility of the organization’s ACO compliance and strategy. This position reports to the SGCMH Chief Executive Officer, is a member of the organization’s senior leadership team and manages numerous direct reports.

This position requires a Master’s degree (MBA or Master’s degree in healthcare related field, preferred).

A minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in physician practice setting and more than 5 years in a leadership role is also required. Demonstrated success in managing multi-site, multi-specialty physician practices and previous rural health clinic experience is preferred.

This is a full-time, exempt position scheduled to work Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

COVID vaccination or an approved Religious/Medical Exemption is also required for employment with SGCMH.
