Job Description
Fabletics, Inc. is currently looking for an Executive Coach & Facilitator.

How Do You Fit In?
This is a part-time senior-level individual contributor position, reporting to the VP, Talent Development & Systems on the Global People Team (GPT). As our in-house executive coach and facilitator you will support he leadership developing of our growing organization’s 400+ leaders and people managers. You will lead the delivery and execution of numerous leadership programs including internal coaching, high-potential development, 360-feedback, leadership summits, team building, workshop and off-site facilitation, leadership and people manager training.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead Internal Coaching Process and Programs
    • Create and manage internal coaching process from intake to final evaluation
    • Provide individual and/or team coaching for senior leaders by establishing goals and implementing coaching strategies
    • Track, monitor, and evaluate the progress of individual coaching engagements, as well as effectiveness of coaching programs overall
    • Conduct leadership assessments to gain deeper understanding of strengths and development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the VP, Talent Development and Systems to build out the strategy and process for internal coaching and assessment in a way that integrates with the company’s overall talent management and leadership development strategy
  • Succession Planning & High-Potential/Successor Development
    • Work collaboratively with senior executives and GPT business partners to continuously improve and execute succession planning for executive leadership positions, and push succession planning efforts deeper into the organization
    • Work closely with VP, Talent Development & Systems to evaluate leadership bench strength and develop metrics/KPIs to assess
    • Ensure succession planning efforts are integrated with talent management processes
    • Lead, manage, continuously improve and execute, LIFT, our internal cohort-based development program for high-potential leaders
    • Ensure identified successors have a development plan that accelerates their readiness for future roles
  • Design & Deliver of Leadership/People Manager Training
    • Design and develop a leadership-development curriculum to support 400+ Director and above leaders with on-going, timely, and relevant leadership offerings
    • Take a “programmatic” approach, ensuring that leadership development offerings can be delivered at scale, within budget, on a regular cadence, that meet the evolving needs of the business
    • Apply a robust mix of blended learning modalities (e.g. instructor-led, self-paced, face-to-face, online, formal/informal, traditional, micro-learning, etc.) to drive flexibility of choice, ease of adoption, engagement, knowledge acquisition and behavioral change
    • Ensure leaders understand development expectations and are aware of and able to navigate development opportunities available to them
    • Develop a build/buy strategy, determining the best mix of in-house delivery vs. external facilitators and vendors; manage vendor agreement/contracting process
    • Deliver and facilitate core offerings, including serving as lead facilitator for Rise Manager program (foundational people management skills)
  • Team building, Offsite Design and Workshop Facilitation
    • Design and facilitate customized team building and group leadership development experiences to drive team effectiveness and develop a variety of professional and leadership skills
    • Develop and establish methodology, frameworks, and point-of-view on top team effectiveness and create development offerings to support the top “use-cases” for
    • Consult with senior leaders and People Team Business Partners to design and incorporate leadership development opportunities into business unit offsites and summits
    • Facilitate and/or design just-in-time workshops to support employee engagement, change management
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Previous experience as either a head or leadership development and/or internal coach, with a track record of developing leaders at various organizational levels
  • Strong executive presence to be a credible advisor to senior leaders and the approachability to rapidly gain trust and fit into Fabletic’s company culture.
  • Subject matter expertise on all things related to manager and leader effectiveness, and a passion to teach, facilitate, engage learners, and impart knowledge
  • A flexible style and strong business acumen, knowing when to employ the Socratic method of self-discovery and when to assert a strong POV and guide leaders toward an outcome
  • A deep toolkit of assessments, coaching approaches, and leadership development techniques
  • Ability to be both an uber individual contributor and an exceptional team player, comfortable working independently, but playing well within a system
  • Ability and motivation to work in the fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment that epitomizes digitally native brand.

Required Skills:
  • At least 10 + years’ experience, preferably in Leadership Development / Coaching / Learning & Development / Consulting
  • Previous experience as an executive coach
  • Coaching certification/credential (e.g. ICF, iPEC, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Experience administering, interpreting and debriefing 360-feedback assessments
  • 4-year college degree required, advance degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Leadership and Organizational Change, Business Administration or another relevant field strongly preferred

The annual base salary range for this position is from $67,500 to $99,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
