The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Assistant – Labor Relations to support the executive leadership team. This is a newly created position based on the growth within the organization.
We are looking for someone with exceptional time management skills who is willing to take initiative and work under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be energetic and possess a growth mindset with a desire to continually expand their skills and knowledge by actively engaging in projects/activities outside of their normal scope of work.
Come join our team in one of the following cities: Seattle, WA; Long Beach, CA; North Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; Salt Lake City, UT or Berkeley, MO. Most of the team this person will support are based in Seattle and their preference is for the selected candidate to be based in Seattle. Being based in Seattle is not required, it is a preference.
Position Responsibilities:
Prioritize and manage the schedule for executives using highly advanced expertise with calendars and virtual resource tools
Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements (e.g., accommodations, air/land transportation) for domestic and international travel
Prepare required travel documentation (e.g., visa/passport, health, customs, cultural protocol, export compliance)
Interface at all levels with internal and external customers
Coordinate all inquiries related to executive's public speaking engagements
Track incoming and outgoing correspondence
Oversee the requirements necessary for the day-to-day operation of executive office suite (e.g., office equipment, supplies, aesthetics)
Coordinate facilities requirements and conference rooms, including video/teleconferencing and computing support
Anticipate the executive's needs to ensure that facilities, equipment, and technical support is available as needed
Ensure seamless transition of projects and responsibilities to provide interim administrative support for executive
Compile data on internal and external customers as necessary (e.g., biographical data, current and past business activity) to provide executive with necessary background information prior to meeting
Create and implement business resources (e.g., desk procedures, phone lists, contact lists) as reference tools for interim administrative support
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
3+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and supporting high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
Experience supporting and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $70,550 – $102,350
