Executive Assistant needed for a Director of Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Philly & Keller Williams Main Line. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond! The ideal candidate must be a superstar, passionate about achievement, and draws energy from working hard & doing a spectacular job. Working for this executive, you will bring your dynamic personality, organizing prowess, service orientation, highly motivated drive, ability to get things done, confidentiality, discretion, maturity, and desire for excellence in all you accomplish.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary - $40,000 - $45,000
  • Possible Health Stipend

Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting the executive in all business and personal areas needing assistance.
  • Onboarding agents - creating a checklist and following up until completed.
  • Preparing and hosting Pro Coaching orientation, as well as agent orientation.
  • Handle agent communications through slack and social media interactions.
  • Setting up 36 touch plans and managing clients through the CRM.
  • Creating and managing monthly newsletters through MailChimp.
  • Assist with listing and marketing management.
  • Weekly open house preparation.
  • Team productivity management, including regular check-ins, class reminders, and submission of numbers.
  • Preparation for settlements and closings.
  • Client check-ins, and follow-ups after closings.
  • Follow-up and onboarding with K Score agents.
  • Help recruit new agents to join the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & video conferencing (Microsoft Teams, Zoom). As well as Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Savvy with Marketing trends via Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Must have experience in using Canva
  • Willing to learn Command and MLS
  • Outstanding organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech savvy; able to navigate new systems quickly and new applications.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
  • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Customer service focus
  • College degree and social media experience preferred
  • The candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse)
  • Comfortable handling strong personalities
  • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude
