$12.00 - $13.50 an hour
Our front desk representatives assure the highest guest satisfaction by providing an excellent experience. This position is hiring for evening shift, part-time and full-time. Shifts hiring: 3pm- 11pm and 11pm- 7am.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Check guests into and out of the hotel accurately.
- Efficiently handle all payments received whether they are cash, credit card or checks. Must balance all monies at the end of the shift.
- Ensure that all proper documentation is recorded and communicated.
- Responsible for creating, cancelling and modifying reservations.
- Offer the upmost respect and friendliness to each guest.
- Ensure the lobby, front desk area, and back office is kept clean, organized, pleasing to they eye and stocked with the necessary supplies.
Skills, Background and Experience:
- Previous front desk experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Required to stand for 8 hours at one time
- Able to work a flexible schedule
