We are seeking a Roofing Estimator for our Williston VT location.
The Roofing Estimator will prepare cost estimates for roofing projects, services and submit bids to contractors and clients. The Roofing Estimator will specialize in roofing services performed and specific types of roofing products.
Basic Responsibilities Include:
- Estimate job costs and submit proposals for review.
- Create/ request Show Drawings; Write submittal letters.
- Obtain Product Data Sheets, Samples, etc.
- Understand all processes of job from acquisition to fulfillment.
- Review and approve invoices, material slips, purchase orders, contracts, & proposals to verify accuracy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
- 5 years Commercial Roofing/Estimating experience preferred.
- Problem Solving Ability with the ability to manage difficult customers.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions & short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with associates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
