Responsibilities
- Manage ESS (Exceptional Student Services) students in Admissions by getting all required documents submitted and begin the Orientation process.
- Keep team tracker updated and accurate.
- Maintain accurate and complete ESS student records as required by law, company policies, and administrative regulations. This includes the Individual Learning Plan, withdraws, and documentation of all contact with students in the Student Information System. Complete a 45 Day screening within approximately 30-45 days of enrollment.
- Provide ESS team Manager with thorough and precise information for their interview and student placement.
- Engage in professional development/training requirements and opportunities.
- Provide support and resources (or referral to Crisis Intervention Team) to ESS students when difficult situations occur.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with students, parents, and staff.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Attend departmental and All Staff meetings/events as scheduled.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Training
Degree: High School Diploma preferred. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Highly experienced in Excel or Google Sheets preferred. You are required to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Experience
Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge; skills and abilities.
