Imperial Dade, leading national distributor, has a job open in Jersey City, NJ. The Operations department is hiring a talented ESP Technician! The Environmental Service Program (ESP) Technician will be responsible for installing equipment and assisting customers by providing excellent service. Our service preventive maintenance for our customers who lease or rent dish machines, and also purchase chemical products for laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen applications from Imperial Dade.

The responsibilities of the ESP Technician include:

• Clock on and clock off with the Chemical Manager at start/end of work day.
• Respond to all emergency Calles received within 30 minutes of receiving the call
• Maintain clean and orderly service truck including inventory for equipment and parts
• Write and complete all service reports and copy Sales Associates and Chemical Manager
• Complete and submit weekly recap of accounts seen and other activities, plus weekly work plan
• Daily/monthly route coverage according to monthly plan
• Maintain Update Route books

The qualifications of the ESP Technician include:

• Minimum of 2 years hands on experience servicing the food service and hospitality industry
• Light electrical and Plumbing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with various makes of commercial dish washers and dispensing equipment and installations
• Clear MVR
• High standard of workmanship and professionalism
• Good troubleshooting ability
• Availability for 'on call' for Emergency calls including weekends (weekend rotation schedule)
• Excellent communication skills
• Understand principles of operation of dish machines and laundry machine functions
• Proficiency with computer applications and use
