Job Brief
Assists customers over the counter and by telephone in taking orders and selling parts and/or equipment.
Due to continued growth, we currently have an opening for an Equipment Sales Specialist. The Equipment Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers over the counter and by telephone in taking orders and selling parts and/or equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to external and internal customers. Sells parts and equipment to customers over the counter, by telephone and email. Assists customers with product availability and lead times.
- Answers Webstore Inquiries and sales daily
- Monitors inventory levels in unison with the purchasing personnel. Assists with inventory counts.
- Assist project managers and outside sales staff with parts and pricing information.
- Assists all branch offices to facilitate sales, stock transfers and maintenance of each warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of parts and equipment unique to the underground storage tank and related petroleum industry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic mathematical and record keeping skills.
