The Ford AV Inside Box Sales Representation will make bid and/or negotiated box sales. Establish and maintain Ford AV as a qualified bidder on all applicable federal, state, county, city and ISD bid lists. Make a list of organizations with box sale opportunities, contact each one and enter each in the Contact Module. Track opportunities, obtain bid tabulations, know who the competition is on the bids, keep track of past bid prices, become confident in predicting the competition's actions and reactions in each new bid opportunity. Follow up on all bids and create a bid tabulation to determine to whom the bid was awarded and at what price. Complete a weekly Box Sales Activity Report that reflects significant accomplishments for the week and identifies specific active bids and work planned for the upcoming week.
