We are seeking a driven entry level Inbound Sales Agent to join our team and work closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver best-in-class customer experience.

What you’ll do:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide customers with accurate information regarding pricing, services, and availability
Schedule and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure that their move was successful and address any concerns they may have
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that moves are scheduled and executed smoothly
Continuously meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

What you’ll bring:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
