We have an immediate technician roles available within the local school district- you would be working one to one with students at their school!
We offer FLEXIBLE and PART-TIME hours to fit your schedule, there is also the potential for Full-Time Hours. You are considered Full-Time at 28 hours per week which includes: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, 2 Paid Float days, and the opportunity to earn additional PTO.

Job Overview:
The Certified Behavior Technician (“CBT”) is responsible for implementing treatment programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) under the direction of a BCBA Clinical Supervisor. The CBT is expected to review the treatment plan periodically and implement ABA strategies. These strategies are designed to increase the likelihood of adaptive and socially significant behaviors as well as decrease the likelihood of maladaptive behaviors that interfere with the client’s ability to learn and function at their highest level of independence. The CBT reports to their assigned BCBA Clinical Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA treatment programs as written by the BCBA Clinical Supervisor.
- Collect all required data throughout the client’s session utilizing data collection software.
- Work with individuals in the clinic, in their homes, and/or in community settings.
- Prepare and utilize program materials.
- Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families/caregivers as needed.
- Maintain CBT certification by maintaining records of worked and supervised hours on a weekly basis; and by completing renewal applications on an annual basis.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required.
- Follow all policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentially and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig Clinical Team

Job Requirements:
- Per the directive of Washington Governor Jay Inslee, ALL health care providers in the private health care sector must be fully vaccinated by 10/18/21. This includes most employees, contractors, volunteers, and other positions that have any onsite presence. Therefore, all BlueSprig employees must be vaccinated or provide evidence of a required work accommodation.
- Completion of high school or equivalent.
- WA Certified Behavior Technician
- Prior ABA or experience interacting with special needs individuals preferred.
- Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population of people.
- Demonstrate creativity and a “think outside the box” attitude to provide support and achieve positive outcomes for all clients and staff.
- Work with integrity, including understanding of and adherence to HIPAA policies.
- Commitment to the highest level of professionalism, dependability, and communication.
- Reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background clearance and professional reference checks.
- Ability and willingness to work through challenging behavior.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
