It aims to capitalize on the uptake of using technology to provide patients with more accessible care, quicker and cheaper than traditional clinical settings.

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be contributing to the amazing Tech revolution that’s occurring right now!

· Base salary of $58,500 + uncapped commission structure (60-80K OTE for first year)

What You Will Be Doing

· You will be a 360° consultant, which means you’ll be managing the entire end to end recruitment process (We provide all training to ensure your success!)

· That includes business development, building relationships and winning business with senior executives at reputable Health Technology firms

· You will also be responsible for finding candidates for those organizations, building relationships with them to find them the perfect new role

· Managing your own day to ensure that you are successfully creating your own pipeline and achieving weekly and monthly targets

· Entry level 2021 and 2022 graduates with a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) from an accredited college or university

· Hard-working, ambitious individuals that have a desire to stand out amongst peers
