TITLE: Engineering Manager - Monolith and QA

LOCATION: Hybrid - must be local to Oregon or Seattle WA area

PAY: Target salary for this role is between $155,000 and $170,000 annually but may vary based on experience

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

DURATION: Regular Full Time

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• This is a management level role, supervising senior engineers , and requiring at least ten years of relevant experience.
• Will own runtime health, maintenance, and updates of the flagship site. Will manage the people on your team including quarterly objectives, reviews, time-off, project allocation, etc.
• The right candidate for this role must be extremely detail-oriented; have excellent written and oral skills; and have excellent technical skills along with vast experience in development.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of diverse full stack development and architecture experience.
• Recent experience in managing QA functions and programs
• Experience as a Scrum resource manager - fluent in SDLC
• 3+ years team management experience, including mentoring, reviews, hiring, and overseeing on-call rotation.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas
