We are seeking an experienced End User Support Lead for our newly formed R&D Digital, Data & Informatics team.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Ensure consistently high service performance, monitoring of external service providers and evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes
- Take complete accountability and ownership of customers’ requests and follow problems through with end-to-end resolution
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Evaluates, optimizes, harmonizes and standardizes existing systems.
- Lead end user support personnel, including staff recruitment (internal & external), training and mentoring
- Adhere to internal service procedures, policies and standards
- Estimates efforts needed and prioritizes based on impact and capacity
- Collaborate with solution manager to ensure effective vendor management and service escalations
What you have to offer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Medical, or Biomedical sciences
- 5+ years’ experience in software maintenance within biopharmaceuticals industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent analytical skills sufficient to lead complex problems resolution, make accurate and consistent interpretations and present high level reporting for weekly operations meetings and monthly service reviews.
- Application technical experience: Generis CARA, Veeva Safety DB, Veeva CTMS, Veeva eTMF, eClinical Solutions Elluminate, SAS, R Studio, R Shiny, Tibco Spotfire
- Good technical knowledge in core technologies and platforms such as AWS, Citrix, Windows, Linux, Java, Python, XML, HTML, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL and different Web/Application server IIS, APACHE/Tomcat etc.
- Thoroughly familiar with Quality & GxP IT compliance requirements.
- ITIL foundation V3
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
