Employment and Labor Associate
Attorney with 2-4 years of experience with employment and labor law to include defending FMLA, wage and hour and discrimination cases. Experience with restrictive covenant civil actions. Knowledge of federal, New York State, New York City, and New Jersey employment statutes, ordinances and executive orders. Excellent research and writing skills. Experience managing pre-trial discovery, traditional labor law claims, and ERISA matters. Must be barred in NJ and NY.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
