MUJI seeks to add a Part-Time Content Associate, to the Ecommerce team. This is a multi-faceted role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of functions. If your experience/education and/or skill set match our needs, we want to hear from you!

Duties include but not limited to:

Source product information from database

Create product pages according to the weekly allocation plan

Compose product descriptions to a North American audience with accurate product information and images

Add and edit SEO content to improve product pages’ performance

Organize and re-arrange product structures and attributes to enhance product visibility and searchability on MUJI's e-commerce websites

Cross departmental communication to obtain product knowledge to improve product content to drive sales

Edit imagery and videography when needed

Keep up-to-date on market trends

In-depth knowledge of MUJI products

Excellent cross-departmental communication skills

e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office proficient (Shopify, Excel, Word)

Self-motivated

Attention to detail

Patience in working with a large volume of product data entry

Deadline oriented

Strong organizational and time management skills

Customer-focused and sales-minded

Flexibility to change and adapt to constantly changing retail trends

Basic knowledge of SEO

Job Description:
Reporting to the e-commerce Website Manager, the Content Associate will be responsible for creating product pages and organizing product data for MUJI U.S.A. and MUJI Canada's e-commerce divisions and owning the web/mobile apps. As the Content Associate, you will be working with the development and organization of product content for all business activities for e-commerce.

Hours preference:

Ecommerce Content Associates work 3-4 days per week.
