Our Ecommerce Product Information Specialist will focus on creating and maintaining enriched product data for use on our Adobe Magento 2 Commerce sites. Product data maintenance includes enforcing data governance, auditing and adjusting content, and normalizing for comparison.

The role can be located within commuting distance of any of our 11 locations. While currently remote, this position may need to be on-site occasionally for meetings or projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the eCommerce product classification structure and category attribute templates
• Responsible for adding/importing new product data to the website in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner
• Structure product offering for website use and catalog use in a manner that is consistent across brands/vendors and that directs customers’ purchasing
• Creating individual and parent/child product listings for Magento 2 sites

• Leads the development of the product information standards and data dictionary
• Review and correct existing website catalog content to identify missing information as well as issues with accuracy, clarity, and layout
• Ensuring products and their associated content (images, videos, attachments, etc.) are appropriately matched
• Working cross-functionally with other departments regarding product data need
• Communicating with vendors to obtain the most up-to-date product data and format to meet our product information standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree and 2 years of experience or 3-5 years experience managing complex product data
• Experience with Adobe Magento 2 Commerce (B2B module) platform
• Experience in SQL queries and relational database design
• Able to design data abstractions to represent user data
• Microsoft Excel skills including key logical, mathematical, VLOOKUP, date & text functions
• Understanding of data transference (import, export, FTP) and transformation/standardization
• Understanding of product classification and product attribute templates
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
