Ecommerce Lister/ Data Entry Specialist

About the role:
This position requires a lot of independent research and the ability to do a similar task multiple times a day, time management and creativity are necessary. We push for new ideas and growth. You must be well grounded, willing to learn, innovative, and a team player who can grow and add value to our company. The primary function of this position will be to add and update products on our e-commerce website “River and Bord” and marketplaces (i.e. Wayfair) some of the tasks performed by this position include:

Market research and Reporting:

• Constant use of excel spreadsheets and/or Google spreadsheets.
• Daily updates on changes made to each SKU.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Adding products to the website catalog
• Updating products to the website
• Auditing catalog for errors
• Writing unique descriptions of products
• HTML coding: embed document tags in web pages to produce their visual appearance, present images, and allow linking to other web pages

· Create marketing tools for the sales force and multiple sales channels including e-commerce, university, healthcare, and hospitality.

• Other duties as needed

You will bring:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient software knowledge for apps/websites such as Gmail, Excel, WordPress, Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant software to this position.
• Data entry and analysis experience
• E-Commerce experience (Wayfair, Amazon, etc.) is a plus!
• Self-motivation and strong research skills.
• Good to excellent computer skills (PC)
• Experience with Photoshop or similar photo editing software
• Great understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• A Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to learn quickly and flexibility to adapt to changing processes and responsabilities

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay starts at $18-$20 an hour with opportunities for pay to grow based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
