The Ecommerce Manager is a functional and innovative leader on our Team. This motivated, high achieving groundbreaker is responsible for developing, executing, and growing the reach and performance of Friedman’s ecommerce platform. This position will provide both thought leadership and an innate ability coupled with proven experience to quickly execute our growing ecommerce and digital marketing programs. The Ecommerce Manager will lead and promote the development and implementation of the site’s migration to a new platform. Assist with other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end website strategy development and daily operations
  • Manage and constantly improve a distinctive and authentic online presence and experience for our customers
  • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Increase online results with a financial and KPI focus, ensuring ecommerce is aligned to achieve company revenue projections
  • Developand execute SEO strategy and implementation
  • Partner with the Merchandising Team to optimize assortment, promotion, and pricing strategies
  • Partner closely with Merchant and Marketing Team to ensure ecommerce efforts align with overall marketing goals and complement all marketing and in-store displays and promotions
  • Maximize return through testing, site optimization, and continuous improvement of the customer experience
  • Implement programs to support online merchandising and optimization
  • Translate consumer insights and learning into innovative and creative content ideas constantly evolving digital product offerings online
  • Evaluate competitive benchmarks and continue to drive improvements to ecommerce web strategy
  • Foster a growth environment through leadership, building capabilities and supporting Team Member development within a collaborative environment
  • Regular and dependable punctuality and attendance

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in communications, advertising, marketing, business or PR and/or equivalent work experience.

Experience: A minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing communications role, preferably in a B2B or B2C, retail environment, with a minimum 4 years of experience in the digital environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
