BCBSNE is happy to offer four work designations for our Omaha area employees: 100% in-office, Hybrid – 3 days in office, Hybrid – 2 days in office, 100% remote. If choosing to work remote, this role can be located in one of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Texas.

The Dynamics CRM Administrator is responsible for overall administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to include the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. As this role is part Administrator, and part Technical Analyst, he/she will work closely with both IS and business teams to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The Administrator will have hands-on knowledge of business processes, experience in Dynamics CRM with design, configuration, and implementation along with strong analytical skills. As a member of the IS team, the CRM Administrator will be responsible for an exceptional user experience and be the subject matter expert for CRM and related integrations.
What you'll do:
  • Handle administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, system enhancements, and other routine tasks.
  • As a member of a cross-functional team, Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate functional and non-functional business requirements into technical requirements following standard governance procedures and policies.
  • Assist the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new CRM systems and modules.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the Dynamics CRM ecosystem and Integrations (Internal and External)
  • Cross-functional collaboration to build solid relationships with the business and vendor teams and their stakeholders, both internally and externally

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
  • A minimum of three (3) years related experience is required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM platform preferred
  • Experience in end-user technical support role
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance and new market development preferred
  • Proficient in in Microsoft Suite, to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven customer service orientation combined with the ability to work well across multiple teams and internal departments
  • Creativity, initiative, excitement about the possibilities of the CRM
  • Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with people of varying technical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
