BCBSNE is happy to offer four work designations for our Omaha area employees: 100% in-office, Hybrid – 3 days in office, Hybrid – 2 days in office, 100% remote. If choosing to work remote, this role can be located in one of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Texas.
- Handle administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, system enhancements, and other routine tasks.
- As a member of a cross-functional team, Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate functional and non-functional business requirements into technical requirements following standard governance procedures and policies.
- Assist the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new CRM systems and modules.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges.
- Have an excellent understanding of the Dynamics CRM ecosystem and Integrations (Internal and External)
- Cross-functional collaboration to build solid relationships with the business and vendor teams and their stakeholders, both internally and externally
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- A minimum of three (3) years related experience is required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM platform preferred
- Experience in end-user technical support role
- Knowledge of Health Insurance and new market development preferred
- Proficient in in Microsoft Suite, to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proven customer service orientation combined with the ability to work well across multiple teams and internal departments
- Creativity, initiative, excitement about the possibilities of the CRM
- Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with people of varying technical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
