Driver Recruiting Manager Job at PAM Transport
Job description
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for driving the performance and production of the recruiting team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Leads and motivates a team of 20 onsite and field recruiters.
· An expert in the onboarding process and working closely with recruiters and other departments to make sure drivers are moved efficiently through the process.
· Establish relevant goals through daily and weekly reporting and ensure the recruiting team is meeting them.
· Keeping track of recruiting metrics. Including hiring numbers and specific lanes that need filled and progression.
· Review rehires terminations to see if they are eligible to return.
· Fielding daily issues with recruiters and drivers.
· Work closely with operations after a driver is qualified and getting them started.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Must have communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
· Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and counseling abilities
· Analytical skills/Data driven
· High Energy, Persistent & Results Driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
