Driver Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and class “B” CDL with passenger endorsement.
- Exemplary driving record.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate, cooperate with, and respond effectively to the instructions and requests from a diverse group, providing information with courtesy and tact.
- Willingness and availability to work in the event of call-outs or other emergency situations (i.e. weather or other natural disaster) where overtime may be required.
- Understanding and support of the mission and philosophy of Fellowship Village, Inc. Supports the goals of the Board of Directors and the administration.

As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we have implemented processes and procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our Fellowship Senior Living community. We provide personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, gowns, and hand sanitizer to all team members; conduct daily temperature checks and provide socially distanced workspaces, as permitted.
Because the health and safety of our team members and all those we care for is a priority, we have implemented is mandatory COVID-19 vaccination, including follow-up vaccine booster requirements. We strongly believe that getting vaccinated and following CDC’s recommendations offer the best protection. Future team members must be vaccinated. We are doing our part to help stop the pandemic!
