Awesome West Ashley Doggy Daycare and Boarding facility is looking for passionate dog lovers to join our team!
This is a position averaging 36 hours per week, working 6 hour shifts. Primary responsibility will be managing arranged playgroups of dogs of all sizes and breeds, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring they are safe, happy, and having fun.
Duties include cleaning indoor and outdoor play areas, play equipment, all areas of the facility, washing bowls, lots of vacuuming and mopping, and of course cleaning up after they "relieve" themselves. If you really can't handle cleaning up after dogs, then please do not bother applying.
We are looking for people with great positive attitudes, and communication skills that work well in a team environment, but most importantly have a genuine love of all dogs (not just your own dog). We have a system for advancement, and are looking for the right people who want to grow with us, work hard, pay attention to details and have an interest in management possibilities. Advancement based on performance, desire and work ethic!
Requirements include:
- A genuine desire to care for and love dogs
- Be able to move quickly and be on your feet for the entire shift
- Must have your own transportation & be reliable
- Must be comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs
- Be willing to do A LOT of cleaning
