Job Title: District Manager
Reports To: VP Operations (dual)
Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees Operations leadership team, Client relationship , strategy, cross-sector collaboration
As the District Manager, you will be an experienced thought leader with proven strategic and operational abilities, outstanding communication skills, and the proficiency to work at the highest levels of an organization while relating well to the general workforce. The DM will be the relationship link for Wolfgang Puck Catering, our premier client and team members.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishments, able to quickly gain credibility, understand that the culture is value driven, possess demonstrated leadership experience in evaluating solution opportunities that further the strategic growth, financial and hospitality objectives.
Summary/Essential Functions:
Demonstrate the Wolfgang Puck culture, plans and directs business portfolio that achieves Key Performance Indicators. Partners with other senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles. Monitors and strategizes to reach annual targets and new market solutions. Directs and manages the cross-functional teams. Oversees financial objectives, analyzes and monitors for profitability and risks. Strategic and timely communication with client stakeholders.

- Directs business to achieve high performance as measured by the client and company scorecards.
- Successfully builds relationships at all levels of the team, client, customer and WPC/Compass organizations.
- Identifies client's needs, communicates account progress and new company programs to client.
- Conducts and/or monitors customer, client and associate satisfaction insights.
- Attends key meetings and functions to maintain visibility.
- Delivers the corporate communications and priorities to both the regional team members and clients.
- Builds an effective, engaged, results achieving team
- Communicates effectively with all team members, through conferences, individual consultation and committee participation.
- Ensures that all direct reports take specific action to attain WPC culture to above-satisfaction levels.
§ Develops and monitors realistic and accurate budget and forecasts. Ensures that the business is meeting financial performance and client forecasts; optimizes financial performance and operational productivity.
- Reads and complies with all policies and procedures of WPC and Compass as appropriate.
- Ensures that Operations Leadership Team members are performing their responsibilities effectively and takes pro-active results action as needed.
- Ensures that audits are conducted at all facilities including but not limited to:
- Financial and Contractual
- Safety, Sanitation and Food Safety.
- People Engagement Experiences /Human Resources
- Prepares and conducts performance appraisals, and reviews and approves performance appraisals completed by subordinates.
- Supports recruitment and training efforts; Develops and coaches management associates to meet staffing needs and talent management programs, as well as to ensure optimum utilization of region associates, while reducing turnover while not sacrificing quality.
- Projects and practices consistent ownership attributes, which provide a high level of customer service at all points of contact.

Education and Experience:
B.S. Degree, Master degree preferred
10+ years of progressive food service management experience,
5+ years experience in a multi-unit setting preferred. \ Multi-unit foodservice, restaurant or hotel experience a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Los Angeles, CA 90028: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
