We are looking for a qualified Patient Care Advisors (PCA) or Budtenders to provide daily assistance to customers. You will help them with their basic cannabis needs and educate on different product types and methods of consumption. A PCA or Budtender is a committed and compassionate professional. They have great interpersonal skills and ability to create a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Keep dispensary clean, tidy, and sanitized
- Assist patients with selecting the right products to fit their needs
- Proper cash handling
- Follow all MCA regulations and guidelines
- Use point of sale and inventory management software
- Provide appropriate emotional support
Skills
- Experience as patient care advisor preferred
- Beyond high school education preferred
- Excellent knowledge of products and consumption methods
- Knowledge of brands in Maryland
- Committed to health and safety standards
- Empathetic and approachable
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite'
