Topland Trucking-- Full Time Dispatcher and Part-Time Operation/Documentation
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Overview: The Full-Time Dispatcher will coordinate among drivers, terminals and internal teammates and customers with daily dispatching related tasks and other duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with drivers, terminals, customers, and co-workers through e-mails, phone calls, etc.
- Track, trace and update the shipment status daily.
- Run reports daily to ensure all shipments status are updated/followed-up properly.
- Report to Management when there are any issues.
- Perform other duties as requested/assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.
Qualifications Required:
- Highschool or above education.
- Minimum Typing Speed 50 WPM or higher
- Intermediate and/or advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Browser Navigation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal (verbal, written and phone), strong follow-up skills
- Have a strong desire to learn and grow
- Must be bilingual in English/Mandarin
- Must be a fast learner with a positive attitude and can work independently, as well as a team player
- Must be a US Resident
Preferred:
- Working experience in the freight forwarding or trucking dispatching industry is preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Working hours: M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm or weeknights, subject to change.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
