Director, Operations Required for Lead Building Materials Company

A leading Building Materials firm is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to help oversee their Manufacturing Plants
The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing multiple Manufacturing Plants. They will ensure that LEAN Initiatives are being followed throughout the facilities.
The Director, Operations will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and quality at the facilities are consistent
- Run all hiring processes and trainings throughout the facilities
- Drive LEAN Manufacturing Principles
- Ensure OSHA guidelines are being followed
- Improve results throughout the facilities
The ideal Director of Operations candidate will have the following skillset:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years management experience
- Experience managing large and multi-site plants
- Experience in plastics or metal
- Working knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma Principles
- Must be result oriented person
- Great communication skills
