Position Summary:

Accountable for leading and growing Curative New Berlin Therapies in support of Curative’s mission, vision and values. Leads and develops providers and support staff. Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring strategic planning initiatives that are cost effective while maintaining quality and service. Develops, administers and ensures compliance of organization policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Serves as a member of the Operations and Leadership Team to ensure attainment of strategic initiatives.
• Leads Curative New Berlin Therapies staff including hiring, evaluating and developing staff.
• Fiscally responsible to develop and attain budget and meet business targets.
• Ensures quality goals and benchmarks are integral to care delivery and met.
• Supports student experiences and partners with Quality and Education Department to place students.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Licensed therapist (Speech, OT or PT) with a minimum of five years clinical experience. Bachelor's required, Master's preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited program.
• Must hold a valid WI Therapy License.
• Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience and ability to work in and/or create a team oriented, collaborative environment.
• Track record of mentoring and developing staff.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and motor vehicle insurance.

Pay: $52,271.96 - $168,842.48 per year
