What You’ll Do:
- Lead/Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

- Hire and develop a talented staff to support and execute the company strategy by setting clear direction, stretch goals, distribute work appropriately, plan activities, drive for results, follow-up and reward excellence and customer service.
- Contribute strategically to the supply chain leadership team and assist company leadership in setting company strategy and direction for omnichannel logistics based on future business development opportunities, external factors, emerging technology, and customer needs.
- Responsible for serving as an ambassador of the Duluth Culture. This includes leveraging the 10 Welds as a guide to drive results, employee engagement and team/self-development.
- Manage multiple projects at once; plan, arrange, organize, negotiate contracts, services, vendors, and communicate status regularly.
- Oversee seasonal staffing and production needs for the omnichannel fulfillment network.
- Report and present financial results, projects, and goals to the VP of Logistics, executive team, advisory board, and peers as needed.
- Responsible and accountable for overall budget of the Fulfillment Center, transportation, and capital projects.
- Manage upgrades and expansions of the Fulfillment Center. Implement warehouse management system changes for efficient process flow, changes in business strategy, and always improving customer service initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in a leadership role managing Fulfillment Centers in multiple location network with state-of-the-art warehouse automation solutions for Retail omni channel (Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale) environments.
- Technical and applied understanding of digital logistics tools, such as warehouse management systems, transportation management systems and warehouse automation
- Experience with Manhattan WMS and AutoStore ASRS preferred
- Strategic pre-assessment evaluations and alternatives to achieve business objectives
- Experience leading test, learn, evaluation project controls.
- Solutions Development and delivery– ROI, total cost of ownership, optimized, scalable, process engineering, systems integration, project implementation, commissioning, support.
- Success leading and inspiring analytics, process improvement teams and individuals to perform their best and achieve their career goals.
- Education: BA or BS (Operations Research, Supply Chain Management) or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or relevant Lean experience
- Equivalent work experience would be considered

Compensation: $110,000+/Year
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
