Director of Environmental Services (North Central US/Remote) Job at Crothall Healthcare
As a Director of Environmental Services, you will play a key part in patient satisfaction and achieving the operational goals of the hospital Housekeeping Department. You will coordinate the tasks of the Assistant Directors and Operations Managers and will serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments. This position supports hospitals across 14 states in the North Central US, traveling to each site for short term and long term projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations
- Mentors staff and encourages creativity and innovation
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies
- Reviews financial data and manages the department's budget
- Proactive in the achievement of the facility goals and objectives
- Demonstrates quality leadership in meeting performance plans
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of housekeeping management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent follow through with associates and clients
