Requirements:
- BS in chemical/civil/mechanical engineering or related field
- 10-15 years of industry experience
- At least 10 years of experience working in a consultative capacity including project management responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and communication
- Demonstrates the ability to provide internal training and mentoring
- Ability to acknowledge and address client concerns
- Ensure commitment to self-development and Environmental Regulatory knowledge
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration for partnering with internal team members
- Flexibility and comfort working under tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills and behaviors
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Business Development Leadership to generate leads and attract new clients
- Develop and conduct webinars and presentations for marketing CMIs capabilities
- Develop project/partnership plans including tasks to be competed, estimated hours and expenses, delivery schedule, and quality assurance processes.
- Routinely, communicate project/partnership expectations, plans, monitor progress, and resolve issues with assigned team members and clients to ensure continued satisfaction
- Participate in professional conferences on relevant topics and maintain colleague associations to gain cutting edge industry knowledge
- Project Management with strong technical skills in environmental health and safety
- Notify changes in the environmental requirements through use of briefings and other forms of communication (i.e., articles, emails, etc.)
