Overview

The Director of business development is responsible for assisting the Leadership team to source candidates and elevate the candidate experience through management of the selection process and candidate interaction. The individual will be responsible for cultivating a list of candidates from diverse sources, outreach to candidates, scheduling, communicating with and tracking talent that comes through the doors. S/he will work directly with the leadership team and various members of the firm, as they are requested to meet with candidates.

Responsibilities

· Sourcing candidates through cold source programs and promotion of referral program(s)

· Tracking candidates sourced by other team members

· Driving a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to recruiting success

· Creating candidate profiles in our CRM (SmartOffice) and candidate portal

· Managing all scheduling of candidate meetings

· Creating, printing & distributing Candidate Meeting Packets

· Collecting Feedback Forms after the Candidate Meetings

· Assigning, collecting, and distributing Koru, JumpStart and Market Survey exercises

· Assist with candidate follow up after career fairs and TA events

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
