JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations through effective leadership of District Managers (DMs) and Facilities Leaders (FLs) representing 20+ Take 5 Car Wash locations
  • Analyze reports and dashboards to identify areas of opportunity for improvement on market-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales, Customer Growth, Customer Service, Staffing, and Employee Turnover
  • Take action to ensure each Take 5 Car Wash location is engaged in activity that drives performance on all KPI’s and execute solutions to address underperforming areas
  • Lead others to deliver consistent quality of service and ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Travel to store locations up to 40% of the time
  • Mitigate downtime through appropriate actions with Facilities personnel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the retail industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
