Our mission is to provide support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in order to achieve their desired level of integration, independence, and productivity.
The Olean Center is looking for individuals to provide 1:1 support to children who have special needs with the goal to support in reaching their fullest potential! You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (clinician, OT, SLP, family support coordinator) providing direct support with goals in home and in the community.
The Frank Olean Center will be providing safety equipment for you to use including: gloves, masks, hand sanitizers, etc.

Qualifications for PASS:
- Applicants must be 19 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates should possess strong advocacy skills, be a proven team member and show outstanding interpersonal skills to work with children, family members and coworkers.
- Prior to employment, successful candidates must pass BCI background checks conducted by the agency.
- All applicants must have a valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a dependable vehicle.
Pay: $13.00/hr with a $4.00 per hour stipend = $17.00/hr
