Job Brief:

Consumer51 is a full service, global marketing agency and a HubSpot Platinum Partner. We are looking for a self-motivated, strategically-minded digital marketing expert who enjoys engaging with clients and a small team of experts. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop ROI-centric strategic marketing campaigns and ensure the goals, deadlines, and project deliverables are reached for each project.

A Specialist’s work includes: analysis, digital art creation, implementation, and reporting as well as professional relationship management skills. We focus on creating lasting client ROI by improving digital visibility, rank, and web traffic through organic search optimization, ad strategies, and social engagement.

Candidates must have experience in digital marketing, emphasizing digital ad campaign execution, SEO, content creation, email marketing, writing skills, CRM management, and client management.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage projects in Hubspot CRM, including landing page development, SEO, email campaigns, and workflow automations.

● Execute digital PPC campaigns over multiple channels such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, and LinkedIn

● Monitor online presence: conversions, website performance, and campaign analytics to make real-time adjustments, report on goals, and enhance the search results

● Aggregate data from multiple platforms and tools (such as Google Ads, Search Consoles, SEMrush, DashThis, and others) and use the data to make informed decisions for clients

● Develop strategic content and promotional calendars with keyword strategies for optimal on-site performance

● Edit website content and web pages as needed across hosting platforms i.e., WordPress, ExpressionEngine, HubSpot CMS, Shopify, Wix, etc.

● Create digital designs using Canva for social media, ads, and miscellaneous requests

● Copywriting for blogs, social media, articles, press releases, and ads

● Run email marketing campaigns and automation (HubSpot, MailChimp, Zenreach, Keap, Klaviyo, Wix)

Pro-active learning and certifications

● Stay current with SEO and social media trends best practices, and pro-actively recommend enhancements to client work

● Research ways to improve efficiencies for the client and the agency

● Certifications to acquire and maintain: Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook, and others as needed

Desired skills and experience:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience required, graduate degree a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in online and SEO marketing, agency experience preferred
  • Exceptional oral, written, and communication skills, especially in a remote environment
  • Affinity for data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to work as a member of a team
  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
  • HubSpot Inbound Certification
  • Google Ads Search Certification
  • Google Ads Display Certification
  • Experience in ClickUp or similar project management tool
