The Health Center at Franklin Park, an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking to hire a Dietary Supervisor to help our culinary team provide excellent service to our valued residents.

Pay starts at $21.00-$26.00 based on experience. This is a day shift position.

As the Dietary Supervisor for Franklin Park, you are part of a talented culinary team, assisting with tray card tickets, grocery orders, inventory, training and educating staff, cooking, assisting with food temps, etc. You also assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, ingredient resourcing, and production scheduling/management to ensure the delivery of high quality customer meals and dining services consistent with regulations and established best practices. Staying calm under pressure and being part of a team oriented problem solver is what sets us apart from other communities. What you will need:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Graduate from an accredited culinary program, or equivalent experience is desired.
• Prior kitchen management experience is helpful
• Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting
