Salary $45-55K

PURPOSE
The Development Operations Coordinator is organized, efficient and persistent. They are responsible for coordinating all New Club purchasing and delivery coordination. They maintain and update club profiles to ensure all teams have the most up to date information for our facilities. They maintain the licensing and permitting calendar. This role is instrumental in our new club development process.

EXECUTION
DELIVERABLES
  • Collaborates with the Construction team on timelines and delivers them to the New Club Operations Manager, spots timing conflicts and works with construction team to resolve conflicts
  • Consistently keeps New Club Operations Manager informed on construction project updates
  • Purchases all new club furniture, fixtures, small equipment and large equipment
  • Coordinates equipment install with third party vendors
  • Manages and communicates tracking and delivery, and problem solves through order issues
  • Collaborates with design and product teams on FFE substitutions and replacements during the ordering process
  • Updates and Audits club profiles to ensure that all key club information is always correct
  • Obtains and renews all club operational licenses
  • Uses ASANA project management tool to schedule tasks and communicate status on projects
  • Uses Air table tool to manage purchasing and prototype lists
  • Creates and updates development projects throughout the development workflow
  • Approves club supply orders for Office, Kid care, Recovery and Small Equipment
  • Oversees and assesses spend for all club orders to ensure monthly spend is within budget, obtains approval for spend outside of budget, and delivers reporting to leadership
  • Collaborates with support teams to ensure the right products are available for operations teams to order
  • Assists in communicating, upholding, and leading by example to deliver the “House of VASA” approach, purpose and foundation.

MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years Operations and Project Coordination experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship Building- able to build trust quickly and positively influence others.
  • Optimistic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Must be self-motivated with a high degree of ownership, sense of urgency and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and stay extremely organized in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Passion for fitness and bringing healthy living to as many people as possible.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and is able to adjust priorities as the project or business dictates.

PHYSICAL
AND MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Physical Strength: Sedentary work, sitting most of the time. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions and relay instructions to clients
  • Attendance is an essential duty of the position. Employees must work regularly scheduled shifts, during business hours to assist members and sell services in-person.
