Desktop Support Technician Job at Genuent
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, e-mails, voicemails, IM and resolve customer problems.
- Document and track all issues thoroughly in the ticketing system to make certain that all issues are addressed within appropriate timeframes.
- Take ownership of all incoming issues and escalate as necessary to ensure that issues are routed properly and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist consumers, partners, and professionals with pre-sales, order management, and technical issues through email and phone support.
- Troubleshooting issues via the telephone and email, addressing both hardware and software related issues.
- Multitasking through multiple systems while troubleshooting with customers
- Basic understanding of Active Directory.
- Solid working knowledge of the Windows 10 Operating System, including but not limited to Windows XP and 7.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
