We are looking to develop high-performing Sales & Design Consultants in the residential remodeling industry. We will provide you with the necessary tools and training, and only put you in front of qualified appointments. You will not be working over the phone setting appointments, or cold calling. You will be selling our services to homeowners who have invited us into their home - this is a full commission position after training.

Re-Bath is the fastest growing, essential bathroom remodeling company in the Northwest. We design Complete Bathroom Remodels, Tub and Shower Updates, and provide Aging and Accessibility Solutions for our customers.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, communicate well, and have the desire to learn a new consultative sales and design process. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will put in the work to be a steward of their craft. Experience in the residential construction industry is a plus, but not required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Sales
-Act as the initial point of contact to the customer for all sales requests
-Go out to client homes and meet with them regarding their remodeling project
-Optimize the use of Re-Bath Sales System
-Assist Production Coordinator with ordering products (clarify what needs to be ordered)
-Work with Project Manager & General Manager to make jobs go smoothly
-Provide documents to assist the Production Team throughout the post-sale process
-Go back to finished jobs to inspect, take after pictures, and ask for referrals as opportunity presents itself.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
-Prior construction experience or knowledge of construction industry
-Prior business-to-consumer sales experience
