Our Dental Assistants are compassionate and help every patient feel at home. They keep the schedule flowing throughout the day and are resilient and adaptable. They are extremely organized with equipment and supply inventory, layout, and ordering. They help keep the office clean and instruments sterilized. They work closely with the dentist every day as well as communicating clearly with the dental hygienists and front office. They are not afraid to discuss any potential issues with their teammates to help improve the practice.
This is a full time position: Four 9-hour shifts Mon-Fri (your off day(s) will TBD).
Prerequisites:
-Excellent attitude - going above and beyond, willing to learn, make mistakes, and change
-Exceptional communication - happy and compassionate personality with everyone
-Leaves all drama outside of the workplace and is professional in all interactions with the team
-Attention to detail, organizational skills, and flexibility with change
-Consistent effort, results, and customer service
-Ability to learn quickly, move quickly, and work hard
-Trustworthy and ethical
-Resume AND 3 references
-Dental assisting and radiology experience preferred (but willing to train on site)
